- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆My unit built by this developer was found to have several faults, the worst being a missing boundary wall (with the neighbouring unit) up in the roof space, bringing up both security and fire rating issues. I would not recommend to anyone to buy anything built by CAS Group or to have any dealings with them. My neighbour and I are currently engaged in making a claim against the principal, Craig Stewart, in the Disputes Tribunal. He currently owns the company Stratum Management.By noripoff, September 07, 2018
